Up to the time
The programs are generally very good. However, trying to pause, rewind, or resume a program is a nightmare! Also, it takes so long to watch something with it constantly stopping then loading and playing a few seconds then stopping again to load more of the same program. It's not my internet connecting because other media apps run smoothly. I tend to get so frustrated waiting an hour or more to watch a 30-45 minute program that I just shut it off disappointed and upset.
I have not made use of it so I went to cancel and 3 days now I find the app is unreachable, Try later. I'm using androud s8, 3g. Am I crazy not being able to connect to this app? Help!
Is better than Smart TV app. Update: 1 star until you fix the app.
Samsung tablet app interface is AWFUL. Can't read anything, gigantic print, can't see titles, essentially not possible to use

Best app on the market!!!
Good app, but when I want to come back later and watch a program again, it is a struggle to do so. The option of 'resume program' appears but having finished the program once, the minute counter is at the end of the film. I have to hurry to hold the time indicator & slide it back to the beginning of the program before a new show is automatically selected. It happens in a matter of seconds. Perhaps, like the Britbox app, you could have a prompt for resume program or start at the beginning.
Everything great so far but UI on playstation 4 is very laggy and literally crashes at times while watching fix pls
Used to load videos fine, not now. It isnt my network since my iphone app loads flawlessly. Perhaps the recent update broke streaming? Galaxy Tab A (2017) model.
